Discovery and strategy generally take 2–4 weeks, followed by building, migration, and integration, which typically span 6–8 weeks (and up to 10 weeks or more for highly complex data migrations). Testing and training conclude the process over 2–4 weeks. After go-live, we provide ongoing managed support to ensure long-term success.
