Bits In Glass named on the 2020 List of Best Workplaces™ in Canada for Inclusion
Edmonton, Alberta – January 21, 2020 – Bits In Glass, an award-winning software consulting firm serving clients across North America is proud to announce that it’s been named on the 2020 list of Best Workplaces for Inclusion, selected by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures.
The list is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. Bits In Glass was honoured to be certified as a Great Place to Work in October 2019, and is proud to have the inclusion recognition added this year. The data has a 90%
confidence and a plus or minus 5% margin of error.
To be eligible for this list, organizations must be certified as a Great Place to Work within the past year and at least 90% of employees must agree they are treated fairly, regardless of personal characteristics (such as gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation). Best Workplaces were determined based on employee responses to inclusion-related Trust Index statements.
“We are so thrilled to have Bits In Glass recognized on the list of Best Workplaces in Canada for Inclusion. We are so proud of our talented, growing team; building a strong culture where people can thrive and be innovative is absolutely one of the cornerstones of our success,” said Patrick Golec, BIG Partner and Vice President of Human Resources.
